Employee Is Struck in the Head by Falling Object and Killed

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on January 24, 2007, Employee #1, the owner of the company, was repairing a flagpole in a parking lot when the finial ball fell from the top of the flagpole. The finial struck Employee #1 in the head. Employee #1 sustained a fracture and was killed.
