Employee Is Killed When Vehicle Falls from Lift

At approximately 8:10 a.m. on March 2, 2007, Employee #1, a service technician, was conducting a routine oil change on a vehicle. He used an above ground lift to elevate the vehicle. The vehicle fell off the lift crushing and killing him.
