Ewmployee Is Run over and Killed by Loader

Employee #1 was banding logs in a banding bunk, when a loader with forks and clamps came in from the other side of the bundle to pick up the logs. Employee #1 was also picked up and transported to the loader turnaround area, where he was run over by the loader when he landed on the ground. Employee #1 was killed.
