Employee's Chest Is Fractured When Run over by Vehicle

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on June 12, 2008, Employee #1, a grounds keeper, was standing on the passenger side of a 19 horse power, John Deere Gator utility vehicle, at the rear corner. A coworker backed up the vehicle, struck and rolled over Employee #1. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured chest.
