Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:55 a.m. on September 27, 2007, Employee #1, a laborer, was in the process of removing wooden support framing from the top of a nine-high stack of raisin bins. One of the bins, towards the middle of the stack, gave way and fell approximately 22 ft. Employee #1 was struck by the falling bin and hospitalized with a fractured arm.
