Employee Slips and Injures Knee

At approximately 11:15 a.m. on August 17, 2007, Employee #1 working in a portion-cutting area of the commercial kitchen where seafood is prepared for the several restaurants operate by the employer. Employee #1 was walking to the cutting table and slipped on the floor and wrenched her knee. Employee #1 sustained a soft tissue injury to her knee and was hospitalized.
