Employee Fractures Ankle in Fall from Scaffold

On December 28, 2006, Employee #1 was working on a scaffold, 4 feet from the ground, hanging drywall. He fell off the scaffold and suffered a left ankle fracture. He was taken to the hospital, where he remained for over 24 hours.
