Investigation Summary
On January 5, 2007, an employee was climbing a ladder, when he slipped and fell and landed hard on his feet. As a result, he sustained a serious fracture to his right foot. The employee was unaware of the seriousness of the injury until he saw bones protruding from his foot. He was taken to Mercy Hospital, where he remained over two days.
