Employee Is Struck by Pick-Up Truck, Later Dies

On July 3, 2010, Employee #1, a police officer, had arrived on site to help with crowd control at a fireworks event. He stepped out of his vehicle and was hit by a drunk driver of a pick-up truck. Employee #1 died on July 7, 2010 from his injuries.
