Employee's Arm Is Fractured in Fall from Roof

On December 20, 2006, Employee #1 was on the edge of a roof surface, cutting off the tails attached to the fascia. He fell 14 feet 2 inches to a lower surface, rolled and fell another 8 feet 2 inches to ground level. He sustained fractures to his arm and contusions.
