Employee Suffers Heart Attack and Later Dies

Employee #1 was performing steel erection activities from an aerial lift. Coworkers noticed Employee #1 was unresponsive, and lowered the lift, and started CPR. Employee #1 arrived at the hospital in cardiac arrest, and was pronounced dead the next day.
