Employee Fractures Arm When Caught in Conveyor

At approximately 6:10 p.m. on October 4, 2007, Employee #1 was sorting vegetables when she became caught in a conveyor and injured her right hand and arm. Employee #1 had she reached into the unguarded portion of the belt. Employee #1 sustained two fractures to her right arm and was hospitalized.
