Employee Fractures Ankle When He Falls Off Ladder

On May 15, 2007, Employee #1, a painter, was working off of an extension ladder. As his ladder slid out from under him, he attempted to jump off of it and broke his right ankle when he landed. He was hospitalized for his injury.
