Employee Falls from Truck and Fractures Leg

Employee #1 was preparing to unload produce from trailer. In moving a pallet to the lift gate, Employee #1 lost his balance and fell on the lift gate, catching his leg in the chain. Employee #1 was admitted to the hospital for slightly over 24 hours for treatment of a fractured leg.
