Employee Falls from Ladder

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on January 26, 2007, Employee #1 was installing conduit pipe above a ceiling grid on a 12-ft step ladder. The step ladder twisted and he lost his balance and fell to the concrete floor with the ladder. He injured his left hip, ribs and wrist and was hospitalized.
