Employee Is Injured While Clearing Jam

On November 16, 2006, Employee #1 was operating a multi-up printing machine and was attempting to clear a jam. She was injured when the machine began its indexing function and pinned her left arm. She was hospitalized at Mission Hospital, in Asheville, NC, for multiple fractures below the elbow.
