Employee Falls Through Skylight and Is Killed

At approximately 2:02 p.m. on April 6, 2009, Employee #1 and 39 coworkers were working on the roof of a large corporation to install solar panels. As Employee #1 and one other coworker were walking and carrying solar panels, Employee #1 lost his balance and fell through a skylight. He landed on the cement floor of the building level below after falling 37. 58 feet and was killed.
