Employee's Hand Is Amputated While Using Skill Saw

At approximately 6:15 a.m. on May 7, 2008, Employee #1 was cutting a small wooden block, using a Skill saw, Model MAG 77, Serial Number HG454628. The saw kicked back and cut his left hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized for an amputated hand.
