Employee fractures leg in fall from stepladder

At 12:00 noon on January 12, 2008, Employee #1 was working at Select Build in Palm Desert, CA. He was on a stepladder using a nail gun to nail a wall when he lost his balance and fell between 5 and 6 ft to the ground. Employee #1 fractured his femur in the fall. He was transported to Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA, where he was hospitalized for three days.
