At approximately 12:00 noon on July 27, 2007, Employee #1, a temporary employee of CLP Resources, Inc., was performing indoor and outdoor cleanup tasks at a job site in Indio, CA. He began to experience symptoms of heat exhaustion and found a coworker/manager, of Butler Construction, who was lying on a 3 ft tall pile of sheetrock inside a warehouse under construction.
