Investigation Summary
On March 3, 2007, Employee #1 was standing approximately 20 ft off the south side of a lane road. The road was posted with signage and barricades warning traffic of the construction work zone. A driver of a pickup truck west bound crossed the east bound lane of traffic, ran off the road. He struck and killed Employee #1. .
