Employee Is Injured When Struck by Forklift

At approximately 12:10 p.m. on August 26, 2008, an employee, a temporary service employee assigned to work at a warehouse, was shrink wrapping a pallet when a forklift driver began to move a pallet and struck the left foot of the employee who then tripped and fell to the ground suffering a contusion of the hip. The employee was hospitalized and treated for bruises to the hip.
