Employee Amputates Finger Tip While Placing Wood Sticker

On June 10, 2008, Employee #1, a truck driver, was helping to load lumber onto a company truck. Employee #1 was placing a wood sticker so the forklift operator could place a unit of lumber onto the truck and his finger tip got pinched and amputated. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
