Employee Is Injured When Struck by Falling Entrance Gate
On February 21, 2008, the main entrance gate was leaning due to high winds. Two employees were assessing the situation when a high gust of wind caused to the gate to fall over, striking Employee #1 in the chest and neck area. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a neck fracture.
