Employee Is Killed When Thrown from Forklift

On May 30, 2008, Employee #1, owner, was operating a Gehl, Model Number 883, telescoping rough terrain forklift. He was using the forklift to place a water pump in a sump and was driving down a dirt road, elevated approximately 16 ft. The road gave way causing the forklift to roll over to the road below throwing him to the pavement. Employee #1 was killed.
