Employee Suffers Concussion in Fall from Ladder

Employee #1 was on a ladder between a 7-ft tank and a 3-ft wall. Employee #1 stepped from the ladder to the wall and missed the top of the wall, falling over and hitting his head on the wall. Employee #1 suffered a concussion and was hospitalized.
