Employee Fractures Pelvis in Fall from Ladder

On September 9, 2007, an employee was on a 10-ft ladder fixing a roll-up door to the shop. For unknown reasons, the employee fell 6-ft off the ladder and fractured his pelvis and right leg. He was hospitalized and treated for fractured pelvis.
