Employee's Hip Is Fractured When Thrown from Boom Truck

On May 22, 2007, Employee #1 was servicing a cable connection in an elevated boom truck. The brakes released causing the truck to travel 200 ft backwards hitting a residential garage. He was thrown onto the roof of the garage fracturing his hip and was hospitalized.
