Employee Sustains Head Concussion in Fall from Pickup Truck

On August 8, 2006, Employee #1 was working at a winery as a mechanic trainee. He was either standing on the rear bumper, or sitting on the tailgate, of a Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck, when he fell off the pickup truck and struck his head. He sustained a head concussion, and he was hospitalized.
