Investigation Summary
On September 7, 2006, Employee #1 suffered a diabetic seizure and fell to the same level, striking his head. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital where it was found he was a diabetic and on an insulin pump. Employee #1 was found to be hypoglycemic. Employee #1 was taken to the operating room on September 11, 2006, where he underwent surgery for his head injuries. But, despite all appropriate supportive care, he died at 3:00 p.m. on September 11, 2006.
