Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:30 a.m. on March 6, 2009, Employee #1, a gardener, was discovered floating face down in a swimming pool in the backyard of a residence where he had been working. A report stated that a gasoline-powered weed trimmer of unspecified type was also found in the pool. A report from the local coroner's office attributed the cause of death to hypertrophic heart disease. The gardener's employer stated that he does not have a business license.
