Employee's Elbow Is Fractured in Fall

On July 23, 2007, Employee #1 was standing on top of the K01 pond pump house attempting to gain access into the pump house on a repair call. He was standing close to the edge of the pump house and fell side ways approximately 2.5 ft, landing on his left elbow, hitting a large rock. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured elbow.
