Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On July 9, 2007, an employee was standing on a portable step ladder attempting to move boxes from the stack. He somehow lost his balance and fell off the ladder. The employee fell about 4 feet to the concrete floor, fracturing his left hip and left leg. The wife of the business owner drove the employee to Garfield Medical Center, where he was later admitted for treatment of the injury.
