Worker Fractures Skull Falling Off of Flatbed Truck

On January 29, 2008, Employee #1, while removing tarp from material on flatbed truck had a heart attack, which caused him to fall backwards off the flat bed. The fall from the flatbed truck to the ground below was approximately four feet. Employee #1 struck his head on the asphalt in the fall and suffered a fractured skull as a result of the fall.
