Employee Is Struck by a Steel Beam and Killed

On August 16, 2006, Employee #1 was assisting with manually setting a steel beam above a garage door opening. The beam fell and struck the employee across the chest and abdomen, pinning him to the concrete. Employee #1 was killed.
