Investigation Summary
On October 30, 2006, a truck driver, Employee #1, walked with a coworker from a wastewater treatment building to an office at the loading dock. The two employees walked through the center aisle of a trailer storage lot. Another driver drove a truck around the east end of the stored trailers and struck Employee #1 walking in the center aisle. Employee #1 died in a hospital on November 7.
