Investigation Summary
On November 1, 2006, a carpenter (employee of a skilled labor company) worked for a company that was building a single family home. The employee was installing Teco Hangers on multiple roofs. While walking on the roof, the employee's leg buckled. He lost his balance and fell from one roof to another roof, and suffered a concussion. The roof from which the employee fell had a 6 to 12 slope. The employee was not using fall protection and was hospitalized.
