Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

On August 10, 2006, Employee #1 and a coworker were sent to a job site to dismantle a fabricated frame scaffold. While the scaffold was being taken down, Employee #1 lost his balance and fell 13 feet to the ground. Employee #1 was taken to the local hospital, where he was treated for minor lacerations and contusions.
