Investigation Summary
On April 14, 2009, Employee #1, of Specialized Hauling, was demolishing a previous burned two story apartment building. He was standing at a window opening removing a 2 in. x 6 in. piece of lumber when he lost his balance and fell out the window 11 feet to the pavement. He was hospitalized and treated for fractured left arm and hip.
