Construction Worker Is Killed after Falling from Scaffold

On July 25, 2006, a construction employee fell approximately 80 ft from a tubular-welded frame scaffold, and was killed. An investigation revealed that the scaffold was not fully planked or decked, and the casters and wheels were not appropriately locked to prevent movement of the scaffold while it was used in a stationary manner.
