Employee Is Struck by a Falling Wall and Later Dies

Framers were tilting a wood-framed wall to apply a sealant at the base. The wall fell forward, striking Employee #1 across the back, crushing his torso between the framed wall and the ground. Employee #1 was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where he died later that day of internal injuries.
