Employee Is Killed in Fall from Roof Under Construction

On April 27, 2007, Employee #1 was one of approximately four workers for a structural steel construction firm installing the roof of a prefabricated metal building. The workers were not adequately protected, and Employee #1 fell approximately 40 feet to his death. His death was due to a concussion.
