Employee Is Killed in Fall from Ladder

On May 30, 2007, an employee was climbing a ladder on the side of the wing wall to gain access to the pump house. A coworker went to the other side of the drydock allowing him to see the level. The coworker stated that he had reached the other side of the dry dock, when he heard a thud. He went back and found the employee lying face down on the deck. The employee was killed.
