Employee Dies after Struck by Flying Tire

Employee #1 was weed trimming on Route 287 south in Edison, when he was stuck by a tire that came off of a moving tractor trailer. It has been reported the tire then flew off and hit Employee #1 in the back of his head. Employee #1 died.
