Investigation Summary
At approximately at 4:15 a.m. on June 11, 2006, Employee #1 was working as a parking attendant. He was struck by a motor vehicle that apparently was going the wrong way on a one-way street. It was a hit-and-run. He sustained at least one fracture, and he died as a result of being struck.
