Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:00 p.m. on March 31, 2008, Employee #1 was unscrewing bolts that held the top bar of a pneumatic clamper/ press in place. As the screws loosened, the metal clamp bar fell approximately 2 to 3 feet and struck Employee #1's right arm. Employee #1 was taken to Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injury.
