Employee Is Run over by Forklift, Fractures Leg

At approximately 12:34 a.m. on December 20, 2007, Employee #1, the shift manager in a brewery, was handing out a paycheck to a forklift operator. Employee #1 was walking along the Keg Deck Number N:1 in the single valve keg department, when his leg was crashed by right rear tire of the forklift. Employee #1's leg was fractured and he was hospitalized.
