Employee Is Injured in Fall from Wine Rack

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on July 6, 2007, an employee had climbed up four feet on wine racks to top of a wine barrel and slipped, hitting her head on the way down. The employee collapsed and was taken to the hospital, where she was treated for cuts and released.
