Employee Falls from Step Ladder and Is Killed

Employee #1 was installing low voltage electrical wiring for a fire alarm system. Employee #1 had 30 years of experience as a licensed electrician. Employee #1 was working alone. There is inconclusive evidence to determine if Employee #1 was misusing the stepladder. Employee #1 fell from the stepladder and received a fatal injury.
