Employee Is Injured When Flask Breaks

On August 25, 2011, Employee #1 was rinsing a 10 liter round glass flask. While swirling the flask over a sink, it struck the edge of the sink and fractured. Employee #1 instinctively reached to grab the flask before it fell, and she sustained hand and wrist lacerations. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment.
